We want everyone to be able to use this site and the services we publish through it.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA on this Site and continue working toward broader accessibility for all OIA digital surfaces, including any clinician- and patient-facing software we publish.

What we do

Design with sufficient colour contrast and a clear visual hierarchy.
Provide alternative text for meaningful images and transcripts for video where used.
Support keyboard navigation and respect operating-system accessibility settings.
Test with assistive technologies during major updates.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds and legacy PDFs may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to replace or remediate these. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us.
